Hypno-Band Success Stories
“I have lost 15lbs in weight and 14cm from around my waist.
I am so pleased with the results, takeaways are a thing of the past, Hypno-Band Hampshire has changed my life, I shop and cook differently and I’m really looking forward to renewing my whole wardrobe.”
Loretta Peach from Clanfield
I feel motivated every morning, I get up, do my housework and goes out to the gym. I have not felt this good for years and my sons have noticed such a change in me.
My blood pressure has gone back to normal, and I feel so much healthier and far less stressed. I get a good nights sleep, every night and have said goodbye to my 9pm snack.
Anna from Denvilles
Pam’s Story:
“Like many people I used to turn to the biscuit barrel when I got stressed.
After seeing Lorraine and Pete I feel positive, upbeat and happier within myself – I don’t even feel like I want a biscuit any more.”

Testimonial for giving birth using hypnosis – Jo Anna Lord
Isabella Hadhuk Lord Vagro was born Wednesday 18th January 2006 at 7.35pm with forceps, weighing 6lbs 11oz.
- 5am water broke
- 7am contraction started
- 3pm fully dilated
- 7.35pm Birth
Thank you very much for all your help in preparation for birth of my beautiful baby daughter Isabella.
I have been and will continue to recommend hypno-births to everyone. I can confidently say I enjoyed the day as much as labour allows, it has not put me off.
The key element was relaxation, hypnotherapy allowed me to relax so much that coping with the contractions was easy. My birthing partner was my husband Simon he kept whispering in my ear my trigger word, which helped greatly, I kept remembering ‘each contraction is a step closer to my baby’ during the contractions.
I would say that for anyone who is considering hypnotherapy, to make sure their birthing partner is informed of your triggers and has listened to your CD in plenty of time, Isie was born 3 weeks early so Simon was not as prepared as he could have been.
Pain relief was given, (or I should say control) was taken in the form of gas and air and pethadin, I would not use pethadin again, as it took the control away from me and as a result my hypnosis was harder to achieve. My midwife was very impressed with my ability to sleep between contractions towards the second half of labour she “had not seen that for a long time”. Relaxation through hypnosis was successful in helping me through each stage quickly. If I had not had complications Isie would have arrived by 4pm, but she got stuck in my pelvic area and was therefore assisted with forceps. Even with this I was only 12hours in labour quite good I believe for First baby.
In conclusion I would encourage anyone to use hypnosis with birth (natural birth), go for it, trust it, it really worked for me and could work for you.

I went along to see Pete late last year to see if he could help with my headaches that I suffered with everyday for the last 30 years.
Having had a couple of treatments and using the relaxation tools that Pete has taught me to use along with a relaxation CD I now have my headaches under control and have not taken any tablets since I have been seeing Pete for Hypnotherapy.
The relaxation tools that I have been taught also help me to relax when I am feeling stressed in whatever situation.
I am currently having Hypnotherapy to help me lose weight, I never felt full and kept eating without thinking, I have now had 2 sessions and have lost 5 pounds in my first week, eating slowly and stopping when I feel full, once I have had a meal I feel full and do not feel the need to eat anymore.
I am now feeling more positive and in control of my life.
As the above have been very successful I am now going to focus on another problem which is not being able to have just one drink without having a really bad hangover that will last a couple of weeks, I am confident that I will have the same results as the other treatment I have received with Pete.
